نظرة عامة على التأسيس
تأسست مؤسسة إعمار الفحيص بمبادرة من بلدية الفحيص وعدد كبير من سكان المدينة بموجب كتاب رئيس مجلس الوزراء (رقم ب ل 7771/3/9 بتاريخ 4/8/1982) الموجه إلى وزير الشؤون البلدية والقروية، وقد تضمن الكتاب موافقة مجلس الوزراء على إنشاء المؤسسة في عام 1982.

المساهمة في توفير وتطوير الخدمات الأساسية العامة اللازمة للمدينة وإقامة اي مشروع لمصلحتها.

تقديم العون المادي والفني والإداري للبلدية بما في ذلك تقديم اللوازم والمعدات والتجهيزات.

اعداد وتنفيذ الخطط والبرامج اللازمة لتحسين وتطوير المدينة في مختلف المجالات ومنها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والرياضية.

انشاء مكتب مجهز بالخبرات الفنية والمعدات والتجهيزات اللازمة.
